RASIA is pleased to continue to provide an annual scholarship to support first responders. The annual Joey Comunale Youth Scholarship recognizes the memory of Joey Comunale and what he meant to this association. The children of first responders have an opportunity to be awarded a scholarship to help in their college endeavor as our way of supporting those that support us and the communities that we support.
